Orders
Because every canvas goes into production shortly after checkout, the window for changing or cancelling an order is measured in hours — here is exactly how it works and what to do if it closes.
An order can be modified or cancelled within 4 hours of being placed, or up until it enters production — whichever comes first. The window is deliberately short and honestly stated. Print-on-demand production starts fast, and promising a longer window than production allows would mean breaking that promise regularly. Orders placed outside support hours still enter production on schedule, so the clock runs from checkout, not from when the inbox is next read.
Within the window, most of the order is still fluid: the shipping address, the print size, a swap to different artwork at the same price, or a full cancellation. A swap to artwork at a different price is handled as a cancellation and a fresh order, so the payment records stay clean. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Email ⟨EMAIL — SET BEFORE GO-LIVE⟩ with “Order change” in the subject and the order number in the message — that subject line routes the request ahead of general questions. During Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, calling ⟨PHONE — SET BEFORE GO-LIVE⟩ is faster still. A change isn’t final until a confirmation email says so; a request sent inside the window that reaches us after production has started will be honored where the production partner can still intervene, but that cannot be promised.
Once a canvas is in production, it can no longer be recalled — the machine is already printing that specific order. The fallback is deliberately generous: let the print arrive, then use the return policy. With 90 days, a prepaid label, and no restocking fee, a missed change window costs time rather than money.
Occasionally an order is cancelled by the store rather than the customer: a shipping address the carriers cannot serve, a payment that fails after checkout, or a clear pricing error on a listing. In each case the order is refunded in full and an email explains what happened before anything else is done. An order cancelled on our side never results in a partial refund.
Racing the change window? Email ⟨EMAIL — SET BEFORE GO-LIVE⟩ with “Order change” in the subject line and the order number in the body — flagged messages get pulled ahead of the queue.
