Return & Refund Policy

A long decision window, a prepaid label, and no restocking fee — the return terms here are built on the fact that wall art either suits a room or it doesn’t.

Return window

Return requests are accepted within 90 days of the delivery date — the date the carrier records the parcel as delivered, not the order date. That window exists because a canvas often needs to hang for a while before the verdict is in. Take the time.

Condition requirements

A returned print needs to come back in the condition it arrived in: face unmarked, frame undamaged, and packed in the original protective packaging. The shipping box was engineered to carry a stretched canvas across the country once already, so the practical advice is simple — keep the box for as long as the decision is open. A print that comes back damaged from use, or loose in an unpadded box, may not qualify for a full refund.

Return shipping

We send a prepaid return label with every approved request, so the trip back costs nothing. We don’t charge a restocking fee either. The refund is the full amount paid for the returned item.

Opening a request

One email to ⟨EMAIL — SET BEFORE GO-LIVE⟩ with the order number and a line about the reason is the entire application. Requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days, and the approval email carries the prepaid label plus packing instructions. Returns sent without an approved request first can’t be matched to an order reliably, so that email genuinely matters.

Refund timing

Once the returned canvas arrives back and passes inspection, the refund is issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. How quickly it appears on a statement after that depends on the card issuer or PayPal, which is outside our reach.

What falls outside the policy

Three situations sit outside the standard return: a request raised after the 90-day window has closed, a print damaged after delivery through use or an accident at home, and a return shipped back without going through the request step. Each of these is judged case by case rather than refused flatly — but the standard prepaid-label, full-refund path applies only inside the policy.

Damaged or incorrect arrivals

A parcel that shows up with a dented frame, a scuffed or torn face, or the wrong artwork inside is a different track from a normal return. Report it within 14 days of delivery to ⟨EMAIL — SET BEFORE GO-LIVE⟩, with photos of both the print and the shipping box — the box photos feed the carrier claim. A replacement goes into production at no charge, and the flawed copy usually does not need to be sent back unless the carrier’s claim process requires it.

Opening a return starts with one email to ⟨EMAIL — SET BEFORE GO-LIVE⟩ containing the order number — the prepaid label and instructions follow once the request is reviewed.
