Processing time

Nothing here is picked off a shelf. The canvas is printed, stretched, and packed after the order is placed, which takes 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing the next business day, and weekends and US federal holidays don’t count toward the window. Processing time is separate from transit time — the delivery estimate below adds the two together.

Transit time

Once the parcel leaves the production facility, transit takes 3-5 business days. Combined with processing, total delivery runs 6-10 business days from order to doorstep. Parcels travel with UPS, FedEx, or USPS, chosen by print size and destination — a 24 × 32 canvas ships as a substantially larger box than a 12 × 16 and sometimes rides a different network.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to a US address. No minimum spend, no per-item surcharge, and no handling fee appearing at checkout. The number on the product page plus applicable sales tax is the whole bill.

Delivery area

Orders ship to United States only. A stretched canvas is a rigid parcel that needs a courier-deliverable street address, so PO boxes cannot be served, and APO/FPO military addresses are also outside the delivery network. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Tracking

A dispatch email with the tracking number goes out the day the parcel ships. The first carrier scan can take 24-48 hours to appear. If a parcel hasn’t arrived 10 business days after shipping, contact ⟨EMAIL — SET BEFORE GO-LIVE⟩ and a trace gets opened with the carrier — a parcel confirmed lost is remade or refunded.

Address accuracy

The shipping address is printed exactly as entered at checkout, so a quick read-through before paying saves the most grief. Within 4 hours of ordering, an address can still be corrected free of charge. A parcel returned to sender because of an address error entered at checkout can be reshipped once the corrected address is confirmed; a parcel misdelivered because of a carrier error is handled as a lost parcel, at no cost to the recipient.
